Edge Bevelling Machine
Our EBM edge bevelling machine is a compact and productive diamond polisher for the plastic sheet processing industry. Mainly used for a high quality finish of name plates, tombstones and many art products. It turns a straight plastic edge with a single pass into a bevelled edge with a high gloss polished result. Sheets up to 100 mm. thickness can be easily implemented. The machine can be equipped with a feed system with variable speed to pass sheets with uniform speed and pressing along the diamond with 2-, 3- or 4-cutters. The rotation speed of the diamond is also adjustable in speed from 0 to 12,000 rpm. The size of the facet can be easily be adjusted with a turning knob from 0 to 10 mm. The diamond can be replaced with special diamond tools for different results on all types of plastics with polishing results such as a sandblasted effect (satin finish) A mobile stand is available for the ideal working height.
